Fall classes start on October 1st in the Wildwood Crest Studio. We have moved the Art Studio to the front of the building. Art Students can now enter through the front door. I am going to miss my "Painted Floor" but we have more space now. Class size will still be eight students per class.

   
         
  I teach young Artists to think and talk like Artists. To express themselves visually and be proud of who they are and their art works.    
       
  Children Classes:    
  Children's classes meet once week. Each student will have individual attention. The  class size is limited to eight. 1st Semester we explore all types of drawing. 2nd Semester, we paint, using all painting medias. 3rd Semester we put it all together. I teach each young Artists to think and talk like Artists. To express themselves visually and be proud of who they are and their art works.. Artists will work at their own pace. They select their own subject matter and media, (Oils, Acrylics, Watercolor, Collage, Pastels, Colored Pencils). Each student will have individual attention. Monthly fees are due at the beginning of each month. All supplies are included. New students can start at any time, 1st 2nd or 3rd Semester and mid-month. Student art works are published weekly in their own web page in our Student Gallery. Art Teacher:  Paul Scull    
       
  Teens Classes:    
  Teens will work at their own pace. They select their own subject matter and media, (Oils, Acrylics, Watercolor, Collage, Pastels, Colored Pencils). Each student will have individual attention.   Adults Classes:    
  Adults also work at their own pace. They select their own subject matter and media, (Oils, Acrylics, Watercolor). This class is a painting group (a group of adults painting together once a week). The new class size is limited to eight. Monthly fees are due at the beginning of each month. All supplies are included.   • Classes have only 8 students
  •  Individual storage bins are giving to  each student.
  • Attending our art classes, is almost a one on one private art lesson
  • I strive to create an enjoyable, enriching classroom atmosphere
  • I discourage negative competitiveness, stress and pressure.
     
   
  Displayed throughout our art center is recent artwork from each student, this artwork is also on display on our own web page at www.scullystudios.com. The goal of Scully Studios, The Art Center, is to promote interest, participation and enthusiasm in the art culture among people of all ages in our, and neighboring, communities. Our art school motto is "In Art, there is no right and there is no wrong (but in everything there is a shadow)

  Scully Studios has moved after  6 years in North Wildwood. May 27th, 2005 was our last class in the North Wildwood Studio. This will be my third year in Wildwood Crest Studio.

About the instructor......

   
   

Paul Scully is a native to the Wildwoods, he now resides in Wildwood Crest with his wife and children . He graduated Wildwood High School in 1973 and went on to attend Syracuse University where he graduated with a BFA degree in Art. Since then he has been a commercial artist and has given private art lessons over the past 20 years.Paul has successfully operated a design studio in North Wildwood designing and illustrating B&W and color illustrations for greeting cards, books, logo design, newspaper advertisements, menus, newsletters, flyers, brochures and shirt transfer designs. Paul’s illustrations and paintings have been printed in the Salesian Missions Inspirational Books since 1979 with over 900 million publications. His art work has also been published by organizations such as National Wildlife Association, St. Jude’s Shrine, The Good Samaritans, Famous Artist Studios, AMVETS and Abbey Press.

Over the years, Paul’s work as an artist has achieved numerous accomplishments. He has received many awards from various sources for his private artwork and also for use of his artwork for community service . His career’s first one man art show was a sell out. Paul’s desire now is to share his artistic talent and abilities with his community and the public through teaching art lessons for all ages at Scully Studios, The Art Center.
