	1)Custom Web Site Design (This is a One-Time fee)

	Personal/Small Business $275		Business or Organization: $995
	• Domain Name Registration (2 years) • 3 to 5 pages • 10 web-based email addresses • Up to 10 images (I can take the photos) • Unlimited external links • 300 words of text • Graphic Design • Search engine registration (Google, Yahoo, Microsoft’s MSN, and AOL) • POP/SMTP Email • 1 Hour Consulting Time		• Domain Name Registration (2 years) • 12 to 15 pages • unlimited web-based email addresses • Up to 40 images (I can take the photos) • Unlimited external links • 1500 words of text • Graphic Design • Bulletin Board • Search engine registration (Google, Yahoo, Microsoft’s MSN, and AOL) • POP/SMTP Email • 1 Hour Consulting Time

	*2)Maintenance Agreement (This is a Yearly fee):* $240
	1) Maintenance--- up to 4 changes or updates per month. 2) If you do not want the Maintenance Agreement, changes are billed @ $65/hour - ½ Hour min.
